Our Core Values
What we offer

Creativity & Expression
The arts are central to our collective—from theater and visual arts to storytelling and beyond. We create space for teens to explore identity, perspective, and voice. Whether through painting, performance, writing, or mixed media, our programs encourage creative risk-taking and self-discovery. Every project is an invitation to express, reflect, and connect—supported by a community that values authenticity and personal growth.

Curiosity-Led Learning
We believe learning thrives when it starts with curiosity. At Studio 22, teens take the lead—shaping their education by exploring what excites them and diving deep into meaningful questions. Our collaborative environment blends self-directed learning with shared discovery across academics, the arts, and real-life skills. Students propose classes, lead clubs, organize events, and make collective decisions—practicing democratic leadership and learning from one another every step of the way.

Community & Connection
At the heart of our teen homeschool collective is a deep commitment to relationships, belonging, and collaborative learning. We create space for meaningful connection through social clubs, workshops, and group projects that bring teens together in authentic, supportive ways. Our community is intentionally inclusive—LGBTQ+ affirming, gender-inclusive, and rooted in respect—because we believe that every teen deserves to feel seen, valued, and safe. Through shared experiences and collective exploration, students form real friendships, grow socially and emotionally, and learn the power of collaboration in a community that truly welcomes them.
